thanks to Dianne's prompting for us to contuinue to learn something new every year...I finally signed up for yoga. Last night was my forth class and I'm hooked.

Do any of you know a good tape that I could buy so I can practice during the week?

Oh, here is the post I was looking for. Dotsie, I love yoga. Yoga was the only exercise I could do while dealing with cancer. (when possible) Next week we will move into our new house. I have not done yoga in a year, and I can't wait to get back to it. The reason I have not done it is because I want to do it at home early am or pm to a tape, and not spend money on classes. I do love classes, I just don't want to spend the money. I will have a special place in my painting studio to do exercise. I'd like to hear of good yoga tapes too. How about those exercise balls. Anyone do those? And for life-long learning, has anyone used the CD Roms in the computer for language? I may be going to Italy and Germany in 2006, and I'd like to try some at home learning.

Dotsie -- where are you going? I go to GBYC in Timonium.

We're discussing yoga in Our Bodies also.

DJ and Lynnie, thanks.

DJ, I am going to the Y. How many tiems a week are you doing it? I am only doing it once and it isn't enough. That's why I thought I'd liek to find a good tape and do it from home. I should ask my instructor. I'm sure she can recommend a few good tapes. Heck, she may even have her own.
